1. IMPRINT
All prices excluded an imprint cost. Please contact us to discuss your own
personalised requirements. In all instant , lead times quoted are from date of
your “Artwork Approval”, not date of order.
2. ORIGINATION
Origination costs £44 per colour per position if black and white artwork is
submitted.
3 QUANTITIES
We reserve the right to deliver and invoice 5% more or less than the quantity
ordered and 10% more or less with all ceramics.
4. PRODUCTS
No liability will be accepted for any variations in colours or finish. Possible
weights and dimensions will be given in the product information.
5. SAMPLES TERMS
Samples can be supplied at cost plus VAT & carriage. Colour shade in
catalogues are printed for guidance only. Due to the printing process some
colours will vary from the actual product.
6. COMPLAINTS
We take the views of customers highly and any discrepancies in quantities and
quality must be notified in writing within seven days of dispatch otherwise we
cannot accept any responsibility.
7. PRICES/QUOTATIONS
Upon request of an enquiry we will provide you with a written quote. This is valid
for one month from the date given. All prices exclude VAT & carriage. Prices
are applied in relation to the quantity ordered. For larger orders, please do not
hesitate to contact us for a price.
8. PAYMENT TERMS
All goods shall remain the property f Advance Promotions until paid for in full.
With all new customers a 50% deposit is required of the total invoice with the
balance payable upon delivery, thereafter all accounts as payable 30 days from
the data of invoice. Interest will be charged on all overdue accounts.
9. DELIVERY OF GOODS
All carriage cost are acknowledged by Advance Promotions Ltd before
shipment takes place. Any other special serviceis required, there will be an
additional charge.
10. PLEASE NOTE
All work undertaken by Advance Promotions Ltd is subject to the terms and
condition of sale available on request. In the event there is any conflict
between the terms and condition of sale, the provisions set out above shall
prevail.
This contract is subject to the law of England.
